To support QUT's Campus Services initiative in enhancing campus vibrancy and community engagement, Perfectly Paired Hospitality Consultants were engaged to manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for an Operator to oversee two flagship bar venues: Botanic Bar at Gardens Point and Grove Bar at Kelvin Grove. Our scope of work encompassed the development and publication of a Request for Proposal (RFP), produced in close collaboration with QUT’s Procurement team. By recommending a management contract model with clear Key Performance Indicators, Perfectly Paired ensured that quality service standards remain a central focus, allowing QUT to monitor, evaluate, and enhance service delivery effectively.
