Buxton Contemporary, one of Australia's newest major art museums, combines modern architectural design with world-class art. Located in Melbourne’s Southbank arts precinct, it showcases the Michael Buxton Collection of Australian art across four public exhibition galleries and offers an ideal space for corporate and private events.
Engaged by the University of Melbourne, Perfectly Paired oversaw the hospitality tender process, aiming to secure a highly skilled catering partner capable of supporting the venue’s operational needs. The process included fostering Expressions of Interest (EOI), evaluating potential partners, and ultimately selecting a caterer who would bring creativity and operational excellence to the venue.
In addition to this, Perfectly Paired worked as hospitality sales consultants, developing a comprehensive venue sales and marketing strategy to position Buxton Contemporary as a premier venue for exhibitions and events.
